| Was so so so cold at training. I got there a little late so i just did 1 hour of training. Today we were focusing on game play for the semi's coming up. We did that for the whole hour and it was just like where we should be when different things happen on the court. If you took away the freezingness it was a fun good training session : ) | ||

| It was a netball carnival at Charlestown today and we knew that we were going there just for fun so everyone on the team got to play every position hehe. Which means little shorty Nicola had to go in GK and GS!!! but surprisingly (after like 4 turns at shooting) in the last game i actually got a few goals in!! :D It was a heaps fun day and we only lost 3 out of 9 half hour games even though we were in really random positions : ) | ||

| Netball race (Game at Charlestown) 30:00 [4] | ||
| Hehe, today it was like a mufty day netball game thing and you could wear any clothes to play in to raise money for Camp Quality. Although that was a fun fun side of it it was still like any other saturday. I only played half a game because we have a Carnival tomorrow and the coach thought that it would be better for my bum to not play any more than a half. It was a good game, We ended up winning by 13 which is good. Tomorrow is just going to be a muck around thing so it was good to play hard and serious today : ) | ||

| I did a warm up and my bum wasn't hurting so that was a good sign. Warm up was followed by a good stretch and then by a good stretch /exercise for the jaws hehe : P | ||

| Bum is getting better!! yay :D It only hurt today when i was changing directions and darting. So it doesn't hurt when i run straight the only thing is it is kind of hard to play netball running straight :( but atleast it is getting better!! :D | ||

| I don't want to put this as training because it was just school sport however it was the first time we got to select sport and i chose to go to the gym with my friends : ) We walked there too so that was more exercise. I am not doing any exercise still because of my bum which is still sore i might add! How long will it take to get better seriously : ) | ||

| I had to get up early this morning to go and see the physio man. He told me that i had torn a muscle in my leg and because it is right near my bum everytime i change direction when running and stride it keeps on aggrevating it which is why it is still sore. After netball i have to cool it for 2minutes and then heat it for 5minutes and do that 3 times. I hope that makes it better! : ) | ||

| We only had 7 players there to day so that meant everyone had to have a full game. That turned out a bad thing because another girl was also injured and one was sick.
The physio man told me not to go to hard when i was playing. My leg felt fune warming-up but as soon as i started sprinting or changing direction it started to get really painful again. It was hurting just as bad as before i went to the physio which was annoying. And also i actually played the worst game ever eventhough i wasn't very mobile. We ended up losing too. Hopefully everyone (including me) will be back on track next week : ) | ||

| Was planning on going to Hans training however because of how my upper upper leg hurts me when i run dad suggested i do something that doesn't cause me discomfort.
As always i tried hard but at the start i probably could have gone harder for the first track we did. I think my ears are sort of deafened because of how loud the girl was playing the music! : ) | ||

| Dad took me over to the oval to do some interval type things. I did 10x100m sprints and then i did 1x200m and then 1x300m ones. He set a time that i should do them at and i did them all at the time he thought.
My bum was hurting like always so i think mum is going to take me to some place to get it checked to make sure it isn't that bad. It was heaps fun going over there, i felt like i was actually training and apparently my arms were in the right spot too : ) | ||

| I did a 12minute warm up including ladders and stretching and that stuff and then i did a warm down too. In the warm down i was stuffing up the ladders because of tired legs though : ) | ||

| Had to get up earlier than i would've liked to go to the class today. I was sound asleep and when i was about to put on my shoes i realized they were still muddy!!! It looked pretty funny but anyway. It was hard hard work and i tried hard and i feel glad i went now : ) | ||

| This was after the cycling. It was heaps fun but once again heaps hard work and very exhausting. At the start we skipped and then did a circuit thingo and then stomach work. We did boxing and weights which made me realize actualy how weak i am, lol.

| Was heaps scared and nervous before the run. Was nervous becsuse it was an orienteering race and the scared past was because of IVAN. However once i got started i didn't think about that at all. I was having a good run and was trying hard and then at my second last control i read it as a gully instead of a spur and spent a fair while being confused until i eventually found it. I probably could've ran a bit harder during the course too. I am still happy with my efforts even though i made that mistake : ) | ||

| We did a pairs relay today. It was good good fun. I was with Glen and we did four relay legs each. The fences we had to cross were a big pain and i ended up with heaps of scratches by the end of the relay. I got wet feet today aswell but this time i didn't even cross the creek, lol. The relays were a good way to end the camp : ) | ||

| We did the run throughs with the ladders today and then at the end we had to get controls. Only the control i got meant i had to cross the fence again and get even more scratches on my legs. : ) | ||

| CAMP CHAMPS!!!! was very nervous when i started because i knew that Michele was starting right behind me!! I was doing a great run until the second last control and i stuffed up from there on. The two mistakes i made were both because i was on the wrong spur and had to go over one. Michele ended up catching me (speedy) but i liked the course and the area was nice too : ) | ||

| We did four map memory intervals to start with. They were good fun. One of them was INTENSELY steep. lol. I enjoyed them heaps : ) | ||

| Mass start bush intervals. I only did three of them because i didn't wamt to get my feet anymore muddy than what they already were. lol. that creek was sooo annoying and muddy and wet ant i had to cross it two times in all of my courses!!
OOOO amd the highlight would have to be when i got back from my run and found out that Josh fell flat on his face in the mud. hehe!!! : ) | ||

| Relocation with Josh following me. I was worried he was going to make me run heaps heaps far but he just made me go up like every hill possible. lol. I got tired and my legs were hurting but it was fun : ) | ||

| I got 2170 Points. I was looking at the wrong start triangle for a while during the planning time and i didn't have that good of route choice in the end. It was a good fun course. I enjoyed it heaps, but i should've looked at the clues more. It was cold bu was heaps fun running : ) | ||

| Went for a run with Joshwa, Kas, and Boahdan. I am pretty sure i made them run slow but meh. And i also figured out that guys are way clumsier than girls, hehe. They tripped : ) | ||

| Once again not happy with my run. I made some errors but most of all was just slow. I can't wait to have a good run again.
I just wish for one run atleast i could go fast fast and not make any mistakes. Terrain was steepish too so that would'nt have helpedme at all and yea, I hope the camp will help me alot and get my confidence back : ) | ||

| We got to go to cross-country today because netball wasn't on. It was good to be able to go but i wish i had a better first run. Am not sure on my exact time but so this is just a rough estimate. Felt tiredish at the end but when i look at my time, it isn't that good. Mum and Dad thought i would've done it quicker and i hoped i would've done really good. If i can go to another one i will try to go way harder and do a better time : ) | ||

| Went to the gym to do a cycle class with "Kazza" again. The class was taken by a new girl, she did lots of long hills. I didn't work as hard at the start but towards the end my legs were killing. It was very hard work. I got very exhausted and it was really hot.
Oh and The girl that took it kept on singing to the songs, She was really off pitch and it was very disturbing, lol : ) | ||

| Went for a run with "Kazza". It took us a while to get going. We weren't really in the mood and i ws cold and windy so we only went for 20minutes. It started to get dark by the end so it was kinda hard to see but we managed. We went out for ten minutes and back for ten. It worked out good. I got a bit of a stitch on the way back but i managed. I am glad i went because i really didn't feel like it : ) | ||

| This was like the first cycle class i had been to in a while and it was obvious because i got a bit saddle sore : ( It was a good, tough class like usual when the guy takes it. I saw two of my firends there too : )
I didn't work as hard in the first track but after that i did and was exhausted by the end. At the very end we had to do little 20minute sprints and they felt sooo long. It was fun though : ) | ||

| Whenever i go to this class i always find myself complaining because it hurts yet i keep on going to it. Once again it was hard on the abs and they felt very sore. My two firends were at this class tooo and whenever i looked at on eof them i could just see her laying on the ground talking to the other one. lol It hurt : ) | ||
