| MM, really happy with this run apart from the fact i was lie more than 6minutes early!!!
I forgot to start my watch at the start so i was worried that my calculations were wrong and that the time on my watch was tonnes different to the actual time thing. But that wasn't it really i don't think. It was just because i like wasn't sure if i would be back in time ans stuff so yea. I did feel pretty good running though so i was happy : ) | ||

| We played a team that had won the previous game 8-0 so it was pretty good that we only lost 5-2 : )

| Dad told me he was going down where he went yesterday so i decided to go down as well.
Practiced with one hand and stuff again like yesterday and then i went on the little Bush loop again. It was the same as what Josh took me on yesterday. Really liked it : ) | ||

| Not really sure If my time was right because i forgot my watch and then dad Forgot to look at my time when i came in.
I was pretty happy with my run, i didn't like the start though. There were heaps of people and even a person that had a pram was infront of us. But at least i wasn't as far back as Josh :P I had a bit of a stitch at the start but it went, and then when we passed the start again after the first turn around i was worried that i had started to fast but i held it alright and kept going. I really was feeling good until i reached the round-a-bout really close to the finish where i started to feel sick but i tried not to think about it and i thought i was ok. But i wasn't. When i got even closer to the finish i dry-reached twice and after i had crossed the finish line i actually WAS sick!! :( It was kinda embarrassing, lol, and i really wish i hadn't have been sick! Anyone got any ideas why i was sick other than because i was hot?? But anyways, it was a heaps good run!!! I liked it :) | ||

| Not really sure about the time but i rode down to the flat street where dad was and rode there for a bit. I can now take both hands off the handle bars : ) And then i saw Josh so i went on the bush tracks with him for a little while. Was a tad worried but i survived : ) | ||

| This was so fun!! lol, we had a laugh. It was really wierd and funny to watch mum play touch football!
I really enjoyed it too though. I think i played ok too. Our t-shirts are gross though!!! They are a yuck Maroon colour :( lol When we were on the way home me and mum decided that we would have a routined monday, It will be just like yesterday : ) | ||

| Mum and i went over and did some touch drills. Was pretty fun, i taught her some madd moves :P hehe | ||

| I ran home from where we did touch while mum went to the gym. I was pretty happy with my run. I pushed hard and wasn't too sore, except i got two stitches.

| YUCK!!!!
So hot and humid :( It made me not want to go out but i did and i was doing pretty well until three where i made a mistake. I was too far down in the watercourse and then i wondered whether i was in the right one but i found it eventually. And then the heat really started to get to me and i felt really funny and yuck but i was navigating good. However on the way to number 7 i vomited three times :( and then i had a really bad route choice to 8 and yea. | ||

| Was so fun to be back doing touch. I liked it heaps, but it was a bit wierd being the first time in so long. I am not sure what the score was in the end but i think it was 1 all. I really want to get heaps better at it because i really like it, So that is my plan : ) | ||

| Wasn't going to go today because i didn't want my leg to be sore for touch but i went thinking i don't have to go as hard as i usually do but that idea sort of went when the maniac guy came into the room. I worked hardest on the second track and my legs were really hurting. But i enjoyed it : ) | ||

| I was excited about today. I really really enjoyed it. And it was flat!!!! :D
I got 30 points in the end and I looked at my route on Geodistance to see how far i ran. I felt pretty good. Except i made two silly mistakes 1:I ran down the wrong road a little going to one of the controls and didn't end up getting it because i would be have been late. 2:I thought i had already got a control (2C), and i hadn't, so i ran futher to get a different control :( But other than that it was so good and i enjoyed it. | Was a new girl taking the class today, and it was really hard!!! I was sweating heaps (How gross i know!) I worked hard the whole class and my legs were burning!!

| Me and mum decided we should go for a run and because i haven't really done any running on roads for a while we jogged and walked. We only ended up walking twice for about 5minutes each.
My knees were hurting heaps, it was like an ache and it hurt the whole time, just more on the down hills. It hurt a fair bit :( I really didn't really have the motivataion at all to go for a run because i was pretty tired from staying at my friends house the night before but i am glad that i went for a run because i would've had to get back into it sometime : ) | ||

| Mum and dad decided they were going for a walk so i decided to go for a ride at the same time. After a while i realised that i was going to have to keep on stopping and waiting for a while so i went and did extra loops and then caught up with them again. I really enjoyed the ride, really enjoyed it : ) | ||

| Went for a bike ride and mum ran. Had to stop and start a bit but meh. Was just good to get out and go for a ride. Really enjoyed it. Went on a dirt track too : ) hehe

| Went for a bike ride with 'Joshwa' and 'Stk66'. Dad took us on his loop and wanted to do it again but i was tired so we stopped and went in early in the second loop. There were hills which killed me. lol.
When we got back i all of a sudden got really itchy eyes :( But was a good ride : ) | ||

| It was a score course today so we had 1hour to go to as many controls as we could. I got all but 3 of the controls. Was happy with my navigation, but it was much better at the start. Towards the end i got tired and i just slowed down with everything but i was pretty happy though : ) | ||

| Got back from Queensland today. I had the best time ever in surfers!! It was so good. Went on a roller coaster for the first time ever!!!
Also went on the Cyclone!!! AND the tower of terror!!!! BOTH TWICE!!! Thanks Josh for convincing me to go on them : ) Good to be back though : ) | ||
