Note

Another walk, 45 mins this time and on some nice bush tracks. A little yogging thrown in but taking it easy to make sure i dont get worse

Tried to go a bit on the easy side but its definitely hard to do at a cycle class. Didnt feel too bad but was a little lacking on the energy. Its mostly just the cough though so a quick fix i hope!

Strength + Conditioning 20:00 [3]

Super annoyed but it seems i have picked up a slight cold and i definitely didn't want to make it worse by training. It means i've missed my last plans for orienteering before we leave but definitely the right decision! Ended up going for a small walk with mum as well but it was cut short because i was getting blisters from the new orthotic type things i was testing out.
