A lap of king edward to warm up and the same to cool down

Orienteering 24:54 [3]

Park o at King Edward park set by Macey, so of course it was brilliant ;) In hind sight i feel like I didnt go out hard enough because i was so scared for how hilly it would be but i was definitely feeling it when i was out there. Lost about 50 seconds on number 18 because i went into the green waaaaay too early and then 30 seconds on 21 because i was getting yelled at by people and didnt take a propper bearing... both just stupid mistakes!

Pulled up a little tight and tired in the legs so i switched today to just a run knowing Macey would have a rool tough parko set tomorrow! Dont think i would've fit anything else in before work anyway. Had a bit of trouble with my breathing at the end again, it stresses me out so bad when it happens! And i saw a snake, eurghhhhhhhh

Orienteering race (NOL 3 - Sprint Final) 17:05 [3]

Really enjoyed the map and course! I was a bit too hesitant and changed my mind on a fair few legs which cost me a bit i think, plus i accidentally started running across the open quad after i came out of the buildings from 10-11, no idea what i was doing! Cant complain though, i had alot of fun! Definitely got to learn how to not be such a wimp running down stairs...

Orienteering race (NOL 1 - Sprint Relay) 13:47 [3]

Super nervous for first leg but pretty happy with how it went! Took a different route on number one and then had no idea where i was position wise figured that i had already gone different so i may aswell completely do my own thing. Was super worried id lost it all in the last open running sections though. Exciting result!! Go team!!

Orienteering race (NOL 2 - Sprint Qual) 17:36 [3]

Was not at all how i expected! And my legs had no idea how to move through the sand! Lost about 50 seconds on number 3 because i got lazy with my exit direction, didnt take the time to find the path and then really struggled to push my way through some green. Overran the path out of number 6 a bit so lost some time there too. Not the most brilliant run, i dont think i adjusted my technique enough after the mornings race maybe...

Jog at walka with some 20sec surges. Nice and easy but it was nice to feel so comfortable before tomorrow! :)
