Running warm up/down 12:00 [3]

Orienteering 1:12:16 [3]

NOY at Fairly Dams. Really fun map and course. Think i made a bit of a silly route choice on 2-3 and lost quite a bit of time trying to navigate the small tracks near 11 and 12, and then lost maybe 2 or 3 minutes on number 11. Tried to cut through the smaller track to number 16 and ended up getting pushed around by the green and making it to 17 first so i think going further around there was a much better route choice. Physically I just wasn't aggressive enough through the middle when i got tired. Rolled my ankle on the way to 14 but i could keep going and i think it'll pull up ok because it's not sore right on the joint but a bit further down my foot.

Orienteering 1:09:38 [3]

Terrain intervals at Southams rd with Macey, Mum and Malin. 4x 1.2km-1.5km loops of 4 or 5 controls. The first one and a half were not very fantastic, didn't really have my head in the right frame of mind at all! Got it together for the last two though and i feel pretty alright about them thank goodness, plus im relatively happy with how i felt physically. Real good training!

Time includes an 12ish min warm up and warm down too.

16min warm up

16minute mona session at Walka, or the 'soft' version as josh called it.
ie. 2x90, 2x60, 2x45, 2x30, 2x15. I have a bit of a habit of going out too fast when i do intervals so i was 1second off making it back to where i started, but better that than having slacked off in the first half! Think i kept the efforts pretty constant but the floats slowed a little after the first two. First time doing this though and i really enjoyed it!

Warm down was 6mins or so of proper running technique focus and then another 10 or so back to the car.

Ride with Thor, part while he was riding and part running. Not too sure of the time but it was at least 40mins. I am such a rookie on a bike when its busy :|

And then joined for the last 20 mins of his run. Could slightly still feel breaky and the legs were pretty jelly after the ride, but its good to have to run that little bit faster and still be trying to talk so much aha. Day kinda went a bit downhill from here!

Run with Thor in the cold rainy Melbourne weather. Went up a nice long hill with a good 50m climb which was gooood, felt alright too! Probably going to have to fix up my running wardrobe if want to go overseas, shorts and a singlet did not feel brilliant even in 15degree Aussie weather...
