Long course on the same map as Saturday morning. I was feeling a bit worse for wear with the cold and i really struggled with energy. Made a few pretty stupid mistakes aswell so actually feeling kinda bad about my orienteering and training after this weekend... It was super enjoyable though for sure!
GMOK training camp near Strömstad. First was an intervals session, each about 4 or 5 controls. Happy with the first one and i wasn't too far behind but i got pretty pathetic from then on. Felt super unfit and struggled alot through the terrain. Navigation wasn't too bad but i found myself thinking about how bad i was feeling instead of having proper focus.

First ever proper night o! And it was in Norway, first time i've ever had to take my passport training incase it gets checked at the border! I took the shortest option and am pretty bloody ashamed how long it took me, but also happy enough that i found all the controls i tried to find. It was hard, and i didn't enjoy the long legs because it was a long time between actually being sure of where i was. But I'll do it again!
Little morning strength/agility type thing to see what the go is with my cold, looks like i'll have to put my nattcup debut off for another week :( Throat isn't as sore today but my cough is worse. Ugh!
Enjoyed doing this though, maybe i'll start doing it more often in the morning!
Was tight in the chest all day and my ventolin has well and truly past its time, so i thought running in the cold/freezinggggg air would be a bad idea. Pyramid intervals on the bike in the clubhouse instead. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. And a 15minish warm up and warm down.
I have a bit of a sore throat now though so im a bit worried im getting a cold... Hoping to sleep it off!
