Training for the Christmas match! Not too sure whether I'll get a go, my skills may not be on par... So much fun to play on a full size court though! I got tired.

Jogged home from innebandy with Malin. Wore her old orienteering shoes so i could stay upright this time which was fun

Spent a good few hours attempting to downhill ski this morning! First time on ski's and there are a few bruises, but my learning curve was great if I say so myself!
8hour bus ride to övik today! Wanted to go for a little jog before dinner but I'm the fool who didn't take metal studded shoes to North Sweden... Super icy and I stacked it so we couldn't go on the tracks and ended up doing a super slow little loop on the roads. Still nice to be outside and move the legs after the whole day on the bus though!
Long run with Josh and Malin from Malins place. Super nice lit up tracks! Knee was a bit sore at the end, seems to happen whenever I'm sitting on a bus or a train for a few hours so I think that's all it is.
Found it very hard to get out the door today, feeling super drained from all the goodbyes in the last few days and it was dark, foggy and raining so that didn't help. Warm up and down to and from Safjället.

3x 8/2 tempo. First one felt shocking and like i couldn't get enough air in but the last two were alot better. And after putting it off all day i really enjoyed it, thank goodness. My running style must be so bad at the moment though, i feel relatively strong up the hills but my hamstrings are always what hurt the most :|
Pyramid intervals with COL. 1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1. It hurt but it felt like it was really good to do the session. Pleased with my strength on the hills! And not as cold today which was cool! Hamstrings and glutes were super super tight
