Early morning session before heading to Sydney. 6x 1min, 6x 30sec. Took me a while to get going in the warm up and thought the no breaky thing would make me feel a little sick but it went well. Hip flexors and shoulders were ridiculously sore/tired from yoga, but other than that I felt alright. Happy with the consistency too, good start to the day! Possibly/probably a rest day tomorrow, not sure when i'd be able to fit something in anyway.

Had 10mins before I got picked up, it felt like fate so I couldn't not...
Another flat one this week and I thankfully got a bit more of a respectable distance. Lacking the ability to make good route choices though still! Plus I made a few misses near the end when I was trying to make some last minute decisions, turning down one street too early or running past the house. Still, v happy to miss the storm and it was a fun one, cheers Macey!
10x 400m w/ 60second recovery, 5x 100m w/ 30second recovery, although recoveries for me were all a little less being at the back of the pack. Buggered. Don't think the heat was making me struggle more than the what the intervals were but it definitely made it tougher!!! Between 82 and 89 (oops) for the 400's, the odds were all significantly slower into the wind. Pretty clear how much I struggle with speed when my 100's were pretty much the same pace hahaha
With Josh and Macey at Glenrock. Not a great day for me today, 25mins in and i was feeling it already. Legs were weak and the sun was harsh when there was no shade, so it was a short one. Feeling a bit slack for it now that i've recovered with a choc banana milkshake and a happy birthday Kas breaky though... Probably slowed the guys down a little but they were polite about it at least ;)
