Note

Had a shocker of a sleep last night, legs were aching from work. Woke up to my parkrun alarm but decided to give it a miss, any other week and there's no way I'd do that but I feel too wrecked for an easy week. Hats off to people to can be bothered to stand at a Coles register for that long every single day, can't think of anything worse

Running 1:08:42 [3]

Streeto mapping/setting. A bit stop start but this is what my garmin said the moving time was, pretty easy going though. Legs actually felt so so rough, almost worse off during an easy week than I am in hard week! :|

Strength + Conditioning 15:00 [3]

Pre work core, lay in bed for a tad too long so this is all I could fit in.

Running warm up/down 4:22 [3]

Running (Streeto #11 ) 41:00 [3]

Ugh, I was such a rookie. Forgot to change the view on my watch once I took a new lap and was going off the total time with my warm up instead of the lap time... Ended up four minutes early and missed an extra 3 pointer right near the finish that I would've easily got in that time. Ohhhh welll. Lucky I did such a dodgy warm up in a way though ;)

Running warm up/down 29:30 [3]

Running intervals 15:00 [3]

Easy week this week so a short session of 3 x 3min. Really really really felt like breaky when I woke up so I had to wait for ages for that to settle which meant it was super hot. Turned out I didn't wait long enough anyway and my stomach felt oh so bloated and sick. Legs were super heavy too, so for a short session I struggled!

(rest day)

Worked, but also had a massage as an early Christmas present so it was a good rest day!

Running long 1:41:48 [3] 17.0 km (5:59 / km) +342m 5:26 / km

At Glenrock. One loop with mum and then one on my own, and in really really nice running conditions. Legs were feeling slow and tired really early on but I finished with a faster second loop and felt relatively strong both times up easy way out so they must've been coping fine. Rolled my ankle at about 85mins which was fine after a minute, but behind/side of my right knee was giving me a bit of grief again. Mostly just noticed it up the hills but i cant work out whether its coming from my calf or itb...
