20min wu with drills, 14min warm down. So so so hard to make myself do a warm down today, feeling very flat at the end.
Running intervals 28:00 [3]
Pyramid intervals at Walka. 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 3, 2, 1min w/ 1min recovery. Happy with the first half but was very gone on the second 4minuter. Redeemed myself ever so slightly on the last 2 and 1min efforts though. Buggered.

Bad arch/heel pain again in my right foot. Fine after it warmed up again but I could feel it a bit just walking around before training this morning and it's the same now. Think i'll find a physio next week, and maybe consider a cycle or something instead of parkrun tomorrow.
