Frustratingly still got the cough. It's started to break up a bit which I think is good (?) but a little nervous about the rest of a cold coming on now that it's only a week away from Wagga... Anyway, had to do something to celebrate submitting two assignments yesterday so gym it was. A bit of everything, very jelly on the way home aha

Don't feel too much worse cold-wise but I'll need a big sleep tonight if I want to try to keep it that way.

Pre course

Preeeeetty average. Not feeling 100% today, turns out the cough isn't from running in cold air anymore and I felt very fatigued out there and a little dizzy at a few points. Navigated ok but one control, probably the easiest one on the course too so I was just a bit of a fool. Enjoyed it though, much nicer area than I had remembered.
