Running 1:01:00 [3]

Attempt at a long run at Glenrock. Was not a good day for me. Woke up feeling a bit like yesterday but I'd slept for like 11 hours so thought I'd be ok for a run. The body didn't cope, I was all stressed and achy. Spent the rest of the day a bit spacey and a dizzy and emotional so called the pharmacist and it's all side effects from the tablets. Had to call in sick to work today (Sunday) - won't be doing anything.

Before work. Not so good this morning. I had a shocking sleep and woke up with a headache and ridiculously sore hips and calves. The outside of my calves haven't been that bad in such a long time, had to stop and stretch and then my feet were completely numb by the end anyway. I noticed that spot getting prettty sure during some of the balance work at the gym class yesterday and should've rolled... Attempted some 30second surges every 3minutes. Ended up being rather depressing but you gotta start somewhere riiiiight

15min warm up, 5x 4/1min, 20min cycle warm down. Just on the bike at the gym. It hurt so it was good.

Same yoga/pilates mixed class as last week. I like it!

Before work. Didn't drink enough water yesterday so woke up with a bit of a headache but otherwise felt alright. Such a bright sunrise!

Running long 1:15:05 [3]

Eased back into the Sunday long run today and looooved it. Got stuck at work late so came home and had a quick piece of toast and headed out from home before it got too dark. Feet weren't loving it at the start from standing all day but that went away pretty quick. So chuffed to have done this, a little sniffly again today but think it's on the mend still!

Planking, because I've been slack and I'm so out of form my back muscles are struggling with running again :|
