Running 22:00 [3]

Made my way to streeto! Walked for the first 10mins and then jogged my 3.5km in 18mins. The map in my hand made me a tiny bit faster today. I didn't last too long walking after that, it was waaaaaay too frustrating so I did another sneaky four or so more minutes running back to the finish.

Upp'd my run a whole 500m! Woo! Calves are really feeling the running again, I need to make sure I make some proper stretching habits this time around.

I wouldn't usually log this but I was sent running all over the court so much that I decided my body had had enough for the arvo. An hour of tennis with someone who's a whole lot better than you is tough!

A lap of the lake at Walka mid-long walk again. Feeling alot more comfortable already which is good. A whole 53 second PB on Wednesday ;) Still a bit congested too but that's to be expected for another while apparently.

Just going to run every second day for a bit so today was just a walk and strength.
