Colder this morning so super enjoyable running weather! Felt good, but the arch of my foot is a bit tender again when I first get up. Fine once I’m running but I forget / don’t know what to do to take care of it...
Bit of everything. Felt terrible this morning but much better after work so I squeezed this in before netball. Apparently terrible hay fever weather or something so hoping that was it and I’m not fighting anything!
Fell over and ripped a hole in my last pair of good tights... I hope I learn how to be coordinated one day soon.
Easy run and included a few drills (caught a glimpse of my running style yesterday in a window and realised I should add these in again...). Slept bad again last night but felt more and more lively as this run went on.
To Centennial park for a loop > back past home in the hope of picking up a roomie for the last bit (didn't happen) > Sydney Park for a loop and home. Felt quite good and not too smashed at all at the end, very pleasing :)
I’ve been sleeping terribly lately so I skipped the parkrun alarm. Kinda regretted it initially because I had no idea what to do instead - such a hot day and was meant to storm this afternoon... Decided to swim again while it was warm. Not the best parkrun substitute but consistent for the 40mins and a nice break for the foot.
