Running 25:15 
Felt soooo exhausted/tired/flat after work so thought this would be a struggle. It was, but I still think I might’ve potentially been doing slightly better at the end of this session compared to last week..?
2*3x(1x300m loop, 1x350mloop). 30sec between all loops, 3min between the two sets. Mostly on grass/bark chips and with some nice clim for such small loops. Probably exactly what my slow, weak legs needed!
