Running 45:00 [3]

In Sydney this weekend so went to St. Peter’s parkrun. Warm up jog there. 23.15 for the run. Warm down jog home. I felt rotten on the way there so it went better than I expected it would. Started off feeling strong but maybe too quick in hind sight. Was on track for 23min at half way but it went a bit downhill on the uphills at the end.

Soooo sleepy this morning so this was a bit of a battle. Thank goodness it’s friday.

Running 25:15 [3]

Felt soooo exhausted/tired/flat after work so thought this would be a struggle. It was, but I still think I might’ve potentially been doing slightly better at the end of this session compared to last week..?
2*3x(1x300m loop, 1x350mloop). 30sec between all loops, 3min between the two sets. Mostly on grass/bark chips and with some nice clim for such small loops. Probably exactly what my slow, weak legs needed!

Netball 25:00 [3]

Good game but my legs felt kinda sore and I had extra slow reaction time for some reason.

Morning jog to centennial park for a loop and back. Feeling very average at the start but better and better as I went on. It’s darker and darker of a morning... :(

At Glenrock with some fantastic company. Loved it and felt good. Not as long as it should have been but today was more about just enjoying it. Think I’m going to set myself up a few hard weeks of training now!
