Needed sleep so had to work out an alternative to parkrun. Ran to centennial park and did a bit of a ‘tempo’ loop around the park then home. Feeing so tired post run, I think I’m just exhausted in general which isn’t ideal because work is about to ramp up a lot. Taking it easy for the rest of the day.

Working until late tonight at a launch so had to do a solo Int’s session :(. 5x3/1. Relatively pleased with how I went! The last three were the best theee and I felt I held it together stamina-wise today. The issue is working out how to tick the legs over quicker again now...

To sydney park for some hills. 2*4 hills (2 of each of the four hills), jog down recoveries. Felt good today! Strong enough to be able to push harder on the second set too which was a nice surprise. Such a pretty sunrise this morning too!

Not much in me felt like doing this... Needed sleep of the morning but god I found it hard to get out for a long run at the end of a busy weekend. Didn’t put pressure on myself to do a certain time, but I hoped I’d do at least 80 so I’m happy enough. Felt more tired in general than training-tired.
