OH my god what a reality check. I was shocking! So sloppy and so exhausted so quickly and was finding it SO hard to keep track of where I was, let alone plan ahead. 1:2000 scale probably didn’t help. Such a fun course though, v glad I went. And very beneficial for me to get my head in the game a bit before next weekend!

Made it to intervals after work!

Running intervals 26:00 [3]

2*3x loop. 30sec between loops, 3 min between sets. Times varied between 73 and 78. Slowed down in the second set but attributing alot of that to something not sitting well in my tummy. Battled a little today not being demoralised about where I sit fitness/speed wise. I’ve got a long way to go...

Had about 3 hours sleep - just a little stressed. Felt better again today than last week but was too nervous to do anything more intense than this.
