Short hills session which worked out super well because I was running soooooo late. 4x normal longer hills then 4xshort hills. Felt good! Although the air was super dry so got a little tight in the chest. Also can’t wait for daylight savings to change, it’d be nice to be able to see of a morning.

Very easy with some drills in the middle. Very tired/exhausted core, that’s probably the most noticeable thing from yesterday I’d say.

Park to park in Sydney. Had company for the first 35mins which was nice! But then it got real hot and I was well smashed by 80min so it was a battle to get home. Happy to spend the rest of the day doing sweet nothing.
