Coupla laps of the Bag Run while I was over that way. Had planned to do an extra but I had a big morning and was pretty happy when I had to head off on pickup duty. Felt just ok.

3x 3,2,1 with 1 min between everything. Legs didn't kick into gear until after the first 3minute int, and even then they still felt pretty heavy! Don't even think I can pretend to blame the headwind...

The ol' 25 for 25. Very slow in the dark at the start but it turned out to be a nice, clear morning. Pretty early for a Monday... Probably would have been just as happy if I did it on the weekend to be honest. Live and learn!

With the fam around Manly dam. Mum rolled her ankle and took a chunk of skin off her knee and I feel verrrrrrrrry responsible for it... BUT, it's a positive she did this running and not at the brewery afterward.
