New course at catamount. Very difficuly today because it was VERY HOT!!!! And i was sweating like a dog. I still am not happy with my time. It better get faster soon or i am going to be pissed.
The course was fun, i didn't like the new single track though, too many quick turns and stuff like that. It was also very muddy. It made the trails slick and corners were hard. There were alot of times where i was hoping we would turn back towards the finish, but there was always something else for us to do...yipee...

Decided i wanted to go for a run about 9:25. I was outside at just after 9:30. Ran on the golf course with a head lamp. Not exactly sure of the distance because i measured it on google earth and idk how accurate it is. I could definately tell i was sick though. It sucked! but i feel good now that i have done it

a new PR! 1:56.00!! (per 500m) and I did intervals earlier today!! Yay for me!

on a 270 m loop with a good steep hill.

Ran a 5k...proved i was a man... 41.7 Ferenheit and pooring rain.
He he, underarmour, running T-shirt, jacket, underarmour, shorts, rain pants, nylon socks, ancle socks, shoes, head band, and gloves...IT WEIGHED ME DOWN! AND IT WAS COLD! AND WET! AND I WAS ALL WET! So i think i can break 20...oh yeah, it was on roads, essentially a square...

Good old rower! Havent been on it in a while... New PR though! Average of 1:58/500m in the 7:30 with rests! Its hard!

5K course At Catamount Outdoor Family Center. Ran with my still injured knee. Hurt a good amount. Did alot of stretching on it when I got home. Still not the pace I was hoping far, and it felt like a good run too.

West Point...Classic...hard...Not really. Green Course. My Ankle was hurting bad until #3 kind of a wierd hard bump on the side of my ankle/heel. Screwed up a few controls but good race over all. Oh, knee hurts alot after the race...right knee...outside...no clue what it is.
