| West Point...Classic...hard...Not really. Green Course. My Ankle was hurting bad until #3 kind of a wierd hard bump on the side of my ankle/heel. Screwed up a few controls but good race over all. Oh, knee hurts alot after the race...right knee...outside...no clue what it is. |

| I was trying to beat my 12:09 time for the 3k at the NETC (New England Training Camp) that we did saturday morning. i did 12:05 but thats because i was tired from the line-o and sprint on sunday. |
