West Point...Classic...hard...Not really. Green Course. My Ankle was hurting bad until #3 kind of a wierd hard bump on the side of my ankle/heel. Screwed up a few controls but good race over all. Oh, knee hurts alot after the race...right knee...outside...no clue what it is.

Saturday May 3

first red course of the year. I won, and i am very proud of myself. It was at West Point too, so thats my excuse for being a tad slow in my m/km time

West Point Sprint. Good race, excpet i MP'd :( I went to the control, or went right by it. Good hard race besides though

Raking was tough, but my legs werent dead. They were after the bike! It was hard! Top gear, hard, for 10 minutes.

I was trying to beat my 12:09 time for the 3k at the NETC (New England Training Camp) that we did saturday morning. i did 12:05 but thats because i was tired from the line-o and sprint on sunday.
Running warm up/down 20:00 [3] 2 km (10:00 / km) +15m 9:38 / km
Running down to the track and back.
Orienteering (Line-O) 35:00 [3] 4 km (8:45 / km) +20m 8:32 / km
First thing Sunday morning NETC. Not sure about how long or the climb, or the time, but it was atleast 35 min, around 4k, with atleast 20m of climb.
