Tried doing my strength workout...was doing a side plank and my knee kinda got mad...
so i went in and rowed! FUN FUN!

Learned lacrosse (or tried) from my neighbor. Lots of fun, knee still hurts, but it was worth it.

Ran 6k for the fun of it. Needed something to not get bored so i brought the map along.... oh my knee was fine before, but it sucks now

Running around the loop in the common. Started doing 1 1/2 laps hard and the rest easy. Ended with 1 easy and 1 really hard lap.

3 sets of Planks, birdogs, squats/squat jumps, sit ups and leg swings and alot more fun stuff! My knee didn't hurt for this
