NEW MILE PR!!! WAHOO!!! 11 MPH ON THE TREDMILL!!! I woulda done it faster...except the dum tredmill dont go no faster! UGH! oh well! lots of fun!

nothing else new... just tired from Dryland Training...OH! I got the speakers hitched up so now i have some..."motivational" music to keep me going! :D

Incredibly hard intervals. For me anyway.
2 warm up
3x (1 hard, 1 easy, 2 hard, 1 easy)
on a 270 m loop with a good steep hill.
17 laps total
I was pooped! My last group of 2 hard was def slower than the first 2!

Ran a 5k...proved i was a man... 41.7 Ferenheit and pooring rain.
He he, underarmour, running T-shirt, jacket, underarmour, shorts, rain pants, nylon socks, ancle socks, shoes, head band, and gloves...IT WEIGHED ME DOWN! AND IT WAS COLD! AND WET! AND I WAS ALL WET! So i think i can break 20...oh yeah, it was on roads, essentially a square...

Good old rower! Havent been on it in a while... New PR though! Average of 1:58/500m in the 7:30 with rests! Its hard!

I ran through the pain. It wasn't that bad except for jumping off cliffs. Lots of fun. I was psyched that i could run and i did pretty darn good!
