Sunday Jun 8

Other (Water balloon WAR) 15:00 [4]
Intense war of the bollons of water. It was like 90 out so my friends and i had a fight. It was alot of fun. We spent about 30 minutes filling up ballons. THen one kid dropped the bucket. So we spent another 10 filling it... then we played about 3 games. I got chased...quite a bit actually. But it was alot of fun. Very wet, and VERY refreshing. I got soaked (because i dumped a bucket on myself) then one kid and i got lawn chairs and "tanned" on the tennis court in the middle of the neighborhood. Idiots? i think not!

I am counting it, again, because it was really hot and i was constantly mowing. In a cirlce. No rests on corners. My arms were actually getting tired.

Throwing a baseball with the lacrosse stick with Mike. It was alot of fun. My arm is sore.

After the 10k on thursday, and the new PR for the 5k on friday, i thought i deserved a day off from training training, not play.

Friday Jun 6

FINALLY!!! 20:00!!! I CAN BEAT 20!!!!! I KNOW I CAN!! DEFINATELY BY SWEDEN!! It will just be tough to run that pace again...it was tough! but not that bad. I had fun. And i am really happy too!

Jog down to the start (at the school). Stretch. Run. Drink (not included) stretch. Jog home.

Thursday Jun 5

Road run and cross country.
Ran down the road to catamount (~2.5 k) ran the 5k course then ran home (~2.5 k) Felt good after it too! But i think i coulda done it faster

Ran down to my moms car at the school. I had to bring it home. And i was like. Hey! why not! Lets run down there as fast as we can! Cept my dad didn't wana run. he walked the dog down. I gave him a 5 minute head start

Just playing with some friends at school. It was for a spanish movie but we still wanted to play. Took a few dives too! Lots of fun.

ANOTHER NEW PR!!! 1:54.1!!! I am amazing myself!!! I feel so good now! but i am very tired. I was still shaking 10 minutes after the workout

Just playing soccer witht he little twins in the neighbor hood. They are getting better and better. I broke a sweat playing with them!
