| My dad cirlced some rock features and a memorial on the trail map. We called it an orienteering course... It was really tough, no compas, no north arrows, just rails and roads...very hard! I screwed up, didn't count my trails right...and i missed a turn because the sign screwed me up... I still had the best time, so I'm happy. |

| Grabbed a map, put it in an ice bag and took off. Since I'm staying right on the shore the first thing i had to do was go up, and up, and up. It was VERY steep. Then i just ran along the bike trails. I called it orienteering because i was running with a map so i was a bit slower. I stopped after a really long climb to check out this little fort thing. Then headed off down the trail. Saw a big rock, like really big, and i ran to it, had to go down the stairs which was easy because i took them one at a time. From then on iust ran and glanced at the map to try and follow along. It was tough, the trails were mapped thinner than....thin. And they were grey, the paper was white. It was fun though. |

| got up at 7:30 to run "with" (ahead) of Mom and dad. Had to run early before another 5 hour car ride :S oh, completely flat and I had an empty stomach and had to crap before I got half way through the run |

| very tough! I was actually gasping when i finished! But it made up for the minute i lost earlier during my run.
(math error by me, i screwed up every time i entered rowing. I get a time for 500 meters. And i screwed up when i doubled it.) |
