Running 23:00 [3] 3.0 mi (7:40 / mi)

I was running at what I thought was a pretty good pace, I guess it was, but I felt like I was going faster than I actually was. I would have run harder but I started feeling my achilles after about 10-12 minutes. I'm also not sure of the time. I was running by song, then I forgot the order. It was about 4 minutes a song in the playlist I had, but I skipped the long song so I had some short ones. It was around 22-23 min.

Strength (Kemp W.O.) 15:00 [5]

Hardest workout ever... I couldn't move my arms after the first 60 push ups. Must have been 2 minutes atleast before I started wall sits. Then I stopped for close to 5 minutes... Then I finally managed to do something. I stopped again after... The other ab thingymadoer. After 3 minutes I managed to do tricep push ups. then planks right after... The whole workout too me close to 45 minutes, but I was only really working for 15 of them.

SAT Today.... Bummer. 7:30 am. Maybe I'll get up at like 5:30 and go for a run. Actually, 6:00. Get me warmed up for the SAT.

Injured? Maybe not, I was feeling pretty good this morning. I have an easy day today in xcountry so I'll try and see how I do...

Elliptical intervals 20:00 [5]

2 hard, 2 easy. I have to use the Cardio program instead of the interval one. It we very hard! Resist 60 on easy, 80 on hard! Kept it around 120 rpm.

Elliptical warm up/down 5:00 [3]

nice warm up, then a quick (fast) run on the tredmill to test my Achilles. Left is better, right still hurts. Oh, I was running along, then all the sudden, complete stop! Turns out it was error 3... Hmmm

Other (Net Ball) 45:00 [3]

LTS game, too wet outside for Ultimate. I dominated! He he, oh net ball is basketball but no dribbling, just passing. And because its school, we had to get everyone on the team (6) possession before shooting! Ugh! Dumb...

Biking warm up/down (Spinning) 12:00 [3]

MY GOODNESS!!! I DID IT!!! 3/4 OF THE KEMP W.O.!!!!! I WAS SOO HAPPY AFTER THE FIRST 60!!! OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! I think I could do the whole 80! :) Just that would be it, no more workout after that... Oh well! 80's great!!!! He he, tricep push ups sucked... I had to do 45, I got to 35 then counted down from 10 starting with 10 as 35... I thought I had forgotten one so I took 15 seconds to count and I needed to do 1 more, so I did 1.5 more (I started down, ended up) I did allow myself lots of rest, but I don't care, I deserve it! he he I'm soo happy right now!!! :D

I DID INTERVALS!!! They were really easy though... 30 hard (70 resistance) then 10 min easy at 45 resistance. It seemed way too easy to be the hardest interval level...hm oh well, I still did them!

Trying to play ultimate... it was quite interesting, my team sucked so I probably worked (speed walked) a bit harder than I shoulda. Too much jumping too... oops.

A very interesting practice. It was a relay race with 4 loops for each member. Teams of two. They ran out of girls so I was on the all guys team, we won. Around 3:45 for both hard and rest. I hurt my other Achilles, they're both pretty bad now. It hurts to walk.

We jogged the course as part of the warm up then the coach said, "run around for 9 minutes!" I did. My cool down consisted of a very painful 100 almost-jog. I realized I was unable to run so I went inside and got a bag of ice and Iced for around 30 minutes.

Running long 1:05:00 [3]

A very solid run. Finally! I was pushing myself a bit today which felt good. My left leg hurt a bit (turns out to be my achilles) and I felt my plantar fasciitis for a few minutes but it went away. I didn't do strides or drills because of my Achilles though. It's gunna need some rest...

I did it! Easiest one yet! The first 50 push ups weren't nearly as bad as I thought they'd be. triceps are still a (#*$@ but weren't as bad as I remember and I did side planks with no problems for the first time ever! I was unable to do the calf raises as my achilles hurts I did 30 seconds of squats instead. I again skipped jumping jacks as I have yet to mention. I'm definately getting stronger! I can feel it! Muahah!

A fun first game. I worked the hardest on my team, not to be sexist, but the girls didn't work very hard.
