Race at Elm Park. It was a yellow so... I lost time in a couple places. First was not being able to find #8 on the map. Second was misjudging the distance to 10 and over-running by about 10m, then 11 was further off the trail than I thought. I probably lost 15 seconds between 10 and 11, then another 5-10 on 7.

I originally logged this as 2 hours at level 0, but then I had this big spike in my graph so I decided against it. Instead, I'm sure I worked hard for at least 1 second.

funnest fall league evar. spent most of the time laughing at something.

but my shins tho...

"5k" around campus. Started out really strong and was in third coming down the hill off campus, but then I lost my speed on the flats afterwards. Went through the first mile in 5:38 then 5:53, and finished with 6:03. I think I was around 8th or 9th.

I was planning on going for a bike ride, but I wasn't feeling it so I opted for roller skiing instead. It was nice. I haven't been out in a while, but I felt very fluid today.

Indian runs with the running club. It was awful. No one wanted to run, but I was able to do some convincing and... it was still awful.

On a more positive note (or not), my shoes hit 500 miles today!
