Same kind of race as on Saturday but with a little bit more mistakes. I was physically very soft and made about 3 minutes of mistakes. The last mistake was a 1 min mistake on the second last control I made just because I was too tired to concentrate properly.
I think it's time for me to start doing some faster trainings too to get some quickness in my feets for the AM-games.. |

For some reason I never perform well in Lahti-Suunnistus. I didn't make too many mistakes this time (about 1-1,5 mins) but was just totally out of shape. I had really stressful days at work after my trip so it might be just jet lag and that.. After the race I decided to stress less at work.. |

| Running in Upper east side - Central park - Harlem.. It was a nice way to look around the city. I had to run across the 110th street for a couple of blocks just because of the song by Bobby Womack.. :) |
