Orienteering 1:08:51 [4] 9 km (7:39 / km)
Orienteering in Iltarastit in Solvalla. This was also Liinu's debut on the 1,5km track.

I was not fully concentrated and made 2-3min of mistakes. It was a nice training anyway

Swimming and aqua running in Leppävaara. I have to say that I don't like swimming and aqua running very much, especially in public swimming halls..

Picking up Liinu from bus stop at night. I ran there and "jumped" my way back.

Running from Konala to Haltiala and back.. Taking it quite easy

Jogging to Pitäjänmäki forest track and back

"Love your legs day"..

I was quite tired and my legs were showing slight signs of aching so I just did some runnin technique excersises..

Wednesday Oct 1

Uphill running hills 12:00 [3]
3 times to the top of Malminkartano hill. I woke up really early this morning and was a little bit tired when it was time to go running so I just decided to do something easy but useful - > short set of hills..

From Konala to Haltiala and back.. Long running, felt good in the legs..

Monday Sep 29

Cycling to Leppävaara and back for work 2 times

Pretty good strength training for the entire body.

I have such a bad history of leg problems that I wanted to take it easy and give a rest day for the legs..
