Shaking off the dirt from the boat ride..

Next week is going to be very heavy work-wise ( we have a deadline on Friday ) so I'm going to train quite lightly. It's easy to get over-exhausted if trying too hard on too many "fronts" of life.

Orienteering race 36:26 [5] 7 km (5:12 / km)
25 - Manna.

It was an OK race. I ran as the last runner on the 5. leg and was able to catch two of the guys that started before me.. After I caught them I took it quite easy and just tried to avoid mistakes for the rest of the race. In total I made something like 1-2mins of mistakes which is a bit too much.

Our final position would have been somewhere around 25-30 but we were disqualified on the seventh leg. Our best position was 18th after 6 legs so it was quite good, mostly because the boys, girls and women in our team are such heroes. Us guys are a bit too breamy.

I had a long day at work and didn't have time for a proper training, just some "yoga" and regular strength training. It might be good to take a couple of days easier too since 25 Manna is coming

Wednesday Oct 8

6 times up the stairs. Two steps and one step at a time. OK training.

Tuesday Oct 7

From Konala to Haltiala and back. Legs felt ok, not perfect, and I was a little bit tired otherwise too. But all in all, a good training..

Monday Oct 6

Strength training at home.. Abs, back, arms legs etc..
