styrian cross championships

really tough course with a monster uphill and then a long stretch downhill! found a good rhythm and last lap was a good effort! good feeling for that early in the season:) got 15th overall and with the team we won bronze!

after 8,5-9k they increased the speed up to 3:40min, but I stayed with the planned 4:00min, had to fight in the end to keep pace up. hr low but having problems with running on the flat, cant find the right stride.....
