Austrian 10k Championships in Vienna
going just by feeling and wanted to enjoy the atmosphere and running quicker than usual. first 5k in 17:34 with feeling relaxed and then continuing to run relaxed into more wind, no fighting or pushing when it should have been!
enjoying and activating the legs for tomorrow was more important than destroying them;)

technically quite good race apart from some passive orienteering in the middle of the course, physically not full on top, but so I had more time to read the map;) tired in the end, 1st place.
