Sprint in Aarau

had a solid, fast start and then at #4 I didnt see the flag and it took me 1min to make sure that I was at the right place- such an idiot and from then on it was horrible- probably the trickiest sprint I ever ran- my head was too slow for the task

long distance training in flims- didnt run the whole course as I was freezing so much- some really good passages but I also had some problems in the circle

whole day just trinking tea and almost nothing too eat, so stomache could recover- easy spin in the evening, legs felt light- so I really could have been better yesterday...

oh my god, had an easy start but right after I passed the 5k mark the troubles started- my stomache was going crazy, had to go to the toilet 4 times during the race- and the second half running harder was not possible- stomache is feeling so bad- dont know what it is actually.....
