down= o-courses downhill and in the flat

2nd: 23:05 (3,03km)- horrible miss, just couldnt find a control, went back, on the next loop I found the control easily, just were I was looking- so stupid

technically demanding terrain and especially for me when my last map training was some time ago. had a bad start with mistakes to every control till #4 (4 minutes total), then on the long I lacked self confidence and some more misses on #10, #13, #17, adding up to almost 10minutes of mistakes...

more precise compass work is needed and self-confidence will come with more o-trainings

slight improvement to october, less lactate (just 6,4mmol), maybe not fully maxed out...
