didnt feel anything, so things are getting a lot better; did 10min of running, then stopped to stretch a little bit, and then so on
already looking forward to tomorrows running session!!
did my first "intervall" training; 2x 5x 1min hard, 1 min recovery in between; was ok; had problems to keep pace high, especially after strength session!!
