going easy to training!

longish warm up, also to test knee!

short middle distance

taking it seriously and tried to push hard, had some smaller hesitation and a 1min mistake towards the end! otherwise, surprised about my physical shape:)

early morning cycle to gleisdorf! didnt feel good on the uphill part!

hiking with family and friends from gleisdorf to maria fieberbründl! nice weather and company:)

focusing on strenght exercises!

first time running again, and I felt my knee a bit!

to talstation schöckl and back! was a bit tired in the end of the long climb but back it was just so much fun:)

cycling tour with liis to lannach! felt actually pretty good, but horrible cold weather:(
maybe try to run tomorrow:) or otherwise on saturday as knee is feeling good!
