started slow into the race and the first part was ok with some slight misses, messed up the long leg; route was ok but execution was pretty bad and sloppy! felt ok till spectator control but lost like 1min at every control afterwards, tired physically and mentally!

plan was to start slow and the navigation should decide about the speed, was basically a pretty, solid and good race. just the 2min mistake on the second last control still annoyes me, otherwise: first almost satisfying performance!

As I fell on my knee and running wasnt so comfortably I did some minutes aquajogging in the pool when I woke up and in the evening in the sea:)
just walked the model event for the last two days!

starting on 3rd leg for austria 2
unfortunately I started alone, so had a slow start with some hesitations but having control about the situatuion, then caught some runners up but hit my knee on a stone;( did limp for a minute or so but tried to run normal ok which was ok. before the spectator control I raised the speed a bit as we were going pretty slow and I felt physically stronger than the others. After some more controls, the portuguese and I could open a gap but right before I wanted to prepare the last controls we made a 3min parallel mistake. He relocated earlier and so I also lost him:(
so last loop I tried to push hard but they were out of sight, pissed:(

good, solid start and exactly on the long leg where I wanted to raise the speed, I came off direction, making a parallel mistake and more than 3min were gone. Then 2 bigger mistakes resulting in a time loss of about 5min. So no chance for quali:(

again a good start but after a huge parallel/ direction mistake, I needed water pretty bad, but saw that drinking control was still far away! So it was a quite of a struggle there and more mistakes as I was tired the whole way. In the finish, I drank 3litres in 30minutes, so I was quite dehydrated:(
