as I can t power out my body so much, I decided to cruise around the course and focusing on the navigation part. made all in all maybe 30-40sec of hesitations

slow o training in krajna vas- body is not feeling good, so shadowed martina and ran the last controls on my own a bit faster

relay training in novi svet- plan was to take it easy and focus on myself- took independent route choices and had a good start- but then a huge mistake- still came back as 4th
