actual race- 1/4 marathon @ kärnten läuft

oh my god, had an easy start but right after I passed the 5k mark the troubles started- my stomache was going crazy, had to go to the toilet 4 times during the race- and the second half running harder was not possible- stomache is feeling so bad- dont know what it is actually.....

was not in race mood and didnt know the course- was supposed to be 4k, so I attacked a bit too early:)
