finale coppa italia in Vallembrosa
as I dont have enough of Italian Ranking Points I could only start in MA- therefore I didnt prepare too seriously for the race...
but had a good, fast start and a nice flow- everything worked as it should, just in the end I missed 3 controls in a row (total about 2min) but could win the class comfortably
now- trainings break and then getting it started for next year in november:)
plan was to had out for a long run...
but even though I felt healthy again, my stomache cramped and made me really problems, so somehow I managed to come home
dont know what it is- annoying, want to train and be in shape for sunday....
