middle on "petehovac"
slow, but safe start. insecurity to #6 and then a stupid miss to #7, but still caught my 2min man there (ondrei pijak). from there one, we had a good head to head battle. was faster on the longer climb to #18, but took a suboptimal choice to #19 and he got ahead. actually quite satisfied with my effort, but I dont know how the winner did this course 6min faster...

okayish race with no big mistakes, but a lot of small misses in and near the circle. taking it safe with my ankle.

long on "delnice"
taking it easy with my ankle. had some good passages, but also some stupid misses, mainly when trying to "relax" on a path, but they weren't really visible, so lost track of them easily. still too many mistakes, but good training for WUOC long. even though not going full speed, feeling tired in the end

sprint on "omisalj"
horrible start to #1, where I got confused twice while executing the route (lost about 1min there), then good flow till it went into the park. downhill it was so slippery and didnt want to risk anything. controls in the park weren't as smooth as in the city.

Running intervals 5:53 [5] 1.2 km (4:54 / km) +140m 3:06 / km

4* uphill ints (300metres with 35 metres of climb) after the sprint

times:
1:32, 1:28, 1:28, 1:25 (recovery = jogging down in 2min)

took it easy as last o-training was some time ago. partially had a really good middle flow. some insecurities and mistakes aswell, but not too bad
