STOLV Trainingstag = Knock Out-Sprint Day

Qualification on "Leechwald"
messed up both long route choices, otherwise ok.

Orienteering 8:30 [4]

Quarterfinal on "leechwald" with Robi, Ursi and Gustav -2nd place
fast start, then lactate hit me pretty bad on the uphill, but could recover a bit and could keep a small lead to ursi, robi won by far!
2 PM

Running warm up/down 25:00 [1]

Orienteering 10:35 [4]

semifinal on "lkh" with heli, leo, laura and gustav - 3rd place
fast start and could stay so into the lead till #9, leo and heli were just physically stronger on the last part.

Orienteering 9:50 [4]

final 2 on "lkh" with kilian z., peter, ursi, anna and laura -1st place (overall 7th)
quick start so I was right into the lead from #1 and could slightly increase the gap, so could control the race.
