Did I mention I am going to be an x smoker...lol today was about the same as yesterday.. felt great.. hoping to get a real bike this friday... start training hard for the Tahoe Run 72 miles...

working out today was really good.. I didnt work out for 5 days and thought I had gained wieght..but to my surprise I had lost three lbs, from last time I wieghed in which was 6 days ago, Today rode the bike for 45 minutes..moving along at hr of 138 to 142, my normal rate was at 133 comfortable..36 minutes of the work out today was pushing it. but to my surprise it felt great, and kept my hr 138-142, then I spent 25 minutes with 14 ozboxing gloves punching the bag, in tradional boxing punches tighting the Abs the whole time, about a total of 15 minutes of the work out I stand directly in front of the bag and plant my feet, and punch the as hard and as fast as I can to keep it in the about half my arm length away, this really works the side abs as well as the core, upper shoulder strength, my shoulder already showing shape... wow!
