After 4 week cleanse, I'm down 13 lbs, blood pressure dropped from 160/105 to 112/77. Definitely had more energy, breathing better, got up much earlier every morning, less soreness.
Fasted 10 of 28 days (7, 1,1,1)
Dropped from 180 to 163 (17 lbs but I'll say a few of those are water weight today.
No alcohol except two glasses of wine on the 27th (our anniversary.)
Ate only fruit and veggies when we were eating.
