Pace decent considering I took the hilliest f'n route in town and it was super icy. Top of Eagle Lake Rd, back Vermilion, cemetery, through Hartley ( mistake)

Honest pace (for me anyway) feet good, hip not so much. Lungs bad on up hills due to chest cold.
