UWS track with Eli, Dan, and Kathi. They were done already, but jogged a bit with us. Eli challenged me to run a hard 400 for time so I reluctantly tried... :76 and it was windy! Eli ran a :64 in his socks.
Also a :41 200. Feeling like I'm coming down with something... tired and coughing. Bad sleep.
