Hike/ran up to 11,500 ft (from 9500') at Snowbowl with Katie and Eli (and Izzy.) Good effort. Jogged most of the way down...very steep/took the ski runs.

Over to track with Katie...jogging and 6 X 100 strides, home.
Got a new (free!) pair of Mizuno flats from Ian Torrence via the Painters.
