ran 3 miles downhill on Cottonwood Pass road with Phoebe and Eli. Stayed at Cottonwood HS.

First, biked up the Cottonwood Pass rd 8 miles (hard climb) then, back down to Cottonwood Hot Springs to fetch van. (drove up to pick Katie up at the top. She ran 13.1 miles in 2:00:00, all uphill, to 12,226')
Then after a good soak, biked 15 miles back toward Salida with Jim M. at a good clip.
Achilles sore on the hill.
