Notes on a failed attempt:
-Legs didn't have it in them for a 20 on the last day. Nor the brain.
-In the past I've always started the week off with 20-26. That would've helped.
-Figured out while running today that I lifted about 800,000 more pounds off the ground this time than usual. (12 lbs X 750 s/mile X 92 miles) but, I teach English, so...
-Got schooled by a Flower
-Funny how a 92 mile week is a failure... I'll give it another go in May when I gain some fitness.

Hour and a half with Delicate up LesterRiver Rd almost to Strand and back, with a side trip past Jay Lee's to moon him in his picture window. Ruined his dinner apparently.
Gotta hit it hard tomorrow.

Lakewood loop up J-D Rd and back mostly. 2/3 on soft shoulders. Felt okay.
Day 3: 41.5 miles.
First day in shorts! 55 degrees and sunny.

Longish run alone with my tunes.
Rice Lake loop. (Arnold, Fairview, H-G, W. Tischer, Rice Lake Rd, Martin, various dirt roads home.) About 2/3 on snow or dirt so feet not bad. Felt actually better than yesterday.
