2+ hours on a hot and very hilly route (ran down to my old neighborhood near St. Lukes and ran around the block...my first run) UMD, RH, Hartley... 156.6 post-run.

Rock Hill and UMD with Bam Bam. Jogging and some drills. Plus 20 lunges and 5 burpees. Dan tried one and looked like he was having an epileptic seizure (but, he did drop and do 30 push-ups with no problem)
